With a distinguished career spanning 20 years in Engineering Design, Balaji brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Previously, he held the position of Design Department Head at MTAB Automation, where he led the design, development, and successful launch of numerous CNC machines, Automation systems, Robotics, Dental CAD/CAM Technology, and Computer Integrated Manufacturing Software. His contributions significantly impacted both the Indian and Global markets.

Balaji Sah holds an Engineering degree from the University of Madras and is based in Chennai, India. His leadership and technical acumen continue to drive innovation and excellence within the Engineering and Design domain at Alchemy Global.

Hemanath

Hemanath is entrusted with the key responsibility of driving Alchemy Global’s growth in India and expanding its footprint among global customers. His role encompasses not only accelerating business development but also building a high-performing team and strengthening strategic relationships with clients both domestically and internationally.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Hemanath also holds an MBA from Bharathidasan University, equipping him with a strong technical foundation as well as robust business acumen. He brings with him over 18 years of rich experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry, with a strong specialization in Sales and Marketing.

Throughout his career, Hemanath has held several senior leadership positions across Business Development, Sales, and General Management, demonstrating consistent success in driving revenue growth and operational excellence. He has contributed significantly to the success of globally recognized technology giants such as McAfee, Symantec, FireEye, and Dimension Data, as well as prominent Indian IT leaders like Wipro and Softcell. His deep industry knowledge, customer-centric approach, and strategic vision make him a valuable asset to Alchemy Global’s leadership team.

Mr. Srinivasan V

Mr. Srinivasan V is the Vice-President - Strategic Sourcing for Alchemy Global. He helps steering the sourcing team and manages the large clients He comes with a rich work back-ground and is a seasoned Techno Commercial professional with 30 + years of experience with Mechanical/Automobile Engineering background and with MBA (Marketing).

Has served in Auto Ancillary, Textile Machinery, Electro-Mechanical, Computer Hardware, Metal Packaging, High-Pressure Diecasting (Both Hot Chamber and Cold Chamber), Hot Forging, Mechanical Press Shop, and Fabrication and Assembly Shops. Has traveled widely across continents, visited many OEMs, and can communicate in Japanese and German, apart from multiple local languages. Excellent written and verbal communication is his forte.

Mr. Shelton

Mr. Shelton currently serves as the Vice President of International Business Development and is based in the United Kingdom. With a remarkable 23 years of strategic sourcing experience, Shelton has made significant contributions to major organizations like Tata Motors and Ashok Leyland. Recently, he held the position of Head of Purchasing at Switch Mobility, UK, formerly known as Optare plc. In his current role, Shelton consults with several European companies, facilitating their establishment in India. He provides comprehensive support from company incorporation and customer acquisition to component indigenization, ensuring a seamless transition into the Indian market. Additionally, Shelton is a passionate entrepreneur who founded a bootstrapped company specializing in QR code-based web application development. This venture focuses on solving specific business problems, offering insights into the business landscape for enterprises of all sizes and devising innovative solutions to address their challenges effectively. Shelton’s extensive global exposure includes traveling to over 20 countries and participating in international shows and expos. This experience has equipped him with a profound understanding of the latest industry trends, which he adeptly adapts to meet business needs. Shelton’s diverse expertise, particularly in strategic sourcing and global Supplier Exposure, is a tremendous asset to Alchemy Global.
